Sagar Glory 2024 marked the celebrations of Magnificent Placements in the presence of Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh Shri Rajendra Shukla Ji.

Shri Shukla inaugurated Sagar Glory by Lighting the Lamp in the presence of Shri Sudhir Kumar Agrawal Chairman of Sagar Group, Mr. Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal Managing Director of Sagar Group, Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh Group Director Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec, Dr. D K. Sagar Glory 2024 is a platform to celebrate placements and extend boundaries of skilling beyond horizons embedded with digital interventions. Shri Rajendra Shukla handed over the placement certificates to the students of SISTec who will be joining their companies in a short period. Motivating the students Shri Shukla said, "Students must have composure and patience and express themselves with confidence. Students should continue with hard work and break the shell of their comfort zone."

Sagar Group of Institutions-SIPTec & Sagar Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology & Research organized a pharmaceutical job fair,  in association with the Indian Pharmacy Graduates Association (IPGA) and seven leading pharmaceutical companies, marking a significant event for industry professionals.

A notable highlight of the event was the release of the e-magazine "The Galen," dedicated to advancements and innovations in the pharmaceutical field. Named after the ancient Greek physician Galen, the e-magazine aims to be a vital resource, featuring articles by industry experts and academics. Covering a wide array of topics, "Galen" promises to keep professionals informed about the latest trends, research, and expert insights, thereby enhancing their knowledge and keeping them abreast of industry developments.

The dynamic singing twin duo, Sukriti Kakar and Prakriti Kakar, popularly known as "SuPra" took center stage during 'SISTec Celebrity Night' on 27th April 2024. With high voltage sound and flashing lights, the Sukriti Kakar and Prakriti Kakkar gave a live performance in front of around 5000 students and made them crazy by singing many hit songs. With their musical voices and infectious energy, the Kakar sisters created an energetic musical atmosphere that had the students dancing. SuPra started the SISTec Celebrity Night concert with the song 'Kehndi Haan Kehandi Na', after which, they presented 'Hum Tum' compelling everyone present to dance. Their latest track 'Saath Tere' compelled everyone to switch on their flashlights and sway to the charming tune. In this series of energy-filled songs, Sukriti & Prakriti Kakar sang 'Gulabi Aankhen', 'Shape of You', 'Majnu', and 'Sona Lagda'. The playlist included their chart-topping tracks, including 'Jhoome Jo Pathan', 'Pehli Baar', 'Kya Kahen', 'Gazab Ka Hai Din', and 'Maafiyaan'.

Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec proudly hosted its prestigious event, "Nirmaan 2024 — National Level Tech-Skill Expo XII Edition". This tech-skill expo attracted technocrats from all over India who eagerly displayed their technical prowess through various models. Over 1000 aspiring technocrats from more than 50 institutions participated in the expo, introducing modernizations on a range of themes to create a fusion of technical innovations. The XII Edition of Nirmaan focused on 11 different themes, with students presenting inventive ideas and projects on topics such as Renewable Energy, Clean and Green Technologies, Waste Management, Disaster Management, Technical Innovations, Smart Vehicles, Smart Agriculture and Rural Development, Health and Medicine, Smart Automation, Robotics and Drones, Fintech, and other innovative domains aimed at solving real-life problems.

Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec hosted its highly anticipated National Level Annual Techno-Cultural Fest — the 17th Sagar Fiesta 2024. The event was filled with incredible energy and had a fantastic turnout from colleges participating in various technical and cultural events. This year, the theme for Sagar Fiesta was Vriddhi - Vintage to Vogue, highlighting the evolution from the retro era to the modern generation.The highlight of the event was a captivating skit performed by students, depicting the story of Ramayan. The audience was treated to a series of impressive dance performances that received thunderous applause and cheers throughout the ceremony.

Sagar Group has always been dedicated to creating an empowering and inclusive environment across all its ventures, where every woman is recognized and celebrated for her hard work and achievements. In alignment with this core philosophy, Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec, Gandhi Nagar recently hosted Sagarika - International Women's Day, with a focus on women's health and well-being. The morning assembly at SISTec featured a special recognition ceremony for all the women achievers who have excelled in various fields such as sports, academics, and cultural events. In the afternoon session, Dr. Sapna Bajaj, Director of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Sagar Multispeciality Hospital SMH, Bhopal, graced the event as the keynote speaker. Dr. Bajaj emphasized the importance of women's health and well-being, highlighting that a strong woman leads to a strong family and nation. She also provided valuable insights on how women can maintain a healthy lifestyle amidst their daily routines.

Trust and unity are crucial elements within an organization, and a Corporate Retreat is the perfect opportunity to foster both. On January 26th, 2024, the management of SISTec Gandhi Nagar and SISTec Ratibad Campuses organized a delightful outing for all staff members at Lands End Resort. This day was dedicated to pure enjoyment, with a generous serving of fun, food, and masti.

The picnic was planned by the HRs of both campuses, Ms. Neha Nanwani and Ms. Rashi Paliwal. Their goal was to provide a much-needed break from the daily grind and allow everyone to unwind in a different setting, far away from the campus and its usual hustle and bustle.

To add an extra layer of excitement, a variety of games were organized for everyone to participate in. Laughter and joy filled the air as all the members wholeheartedly embraced the opportunity to immerse themselves in the resort's lush green jungle surroundings.

The 75th Republic Day was celebrated at Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec with great enthusiasm and patriotism. A flag-hoisting ceremony was held, accompanied by strong emotions and a display of national pride. The celebration came to an end with the singing of the National Anthem and a tribute to the unsung heroes of India.

हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी सिस्टेक परिवार ने "भजन संध्या" का आयोजन हर्ष और उल्लास के साथ किया । दीपावली के कुछ दिनों पहले होने वाले इस आयोजन ने हम सबके मन में अपना एक विशिष्ट स्थान बना लिया है, और इस बार भी सागर ग्रुप ऑफ़ इस्टीट्यूशन - सिस्टेक गांधी नगर और रातीबड़ द्वारा भजन संध्या का आयोजन दिनांक 08.11.23 को किया गया। दिवाली के पावन पर्व  के उपलक्ष में आयोजित इस भजन संध्या में चेयरमैन श्री सुधीर कुमार अग्रवाल के साथ ही सागर ग्रुप के विभिन्न उपक्रमों के पदाधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित सभी ने सुरमई भजनों का आनंद लिया।

भजन संध्या परमात्मा के और निकट जाने का माध्यम साबित हुई, जहां सभी ने ईश्वर के अपने सबसे प्रिय रूप का भजनों के द्वारा आवाह्न किया। गणेश वंदना से शुरू हुई श्रृंखला ने शक्ति स्वरूपा माँ दुर्गा, भोलेनाथ, श्री कृष्ण, राधा, पवनसुत हनुमान और श्री राम की स्तुति तक का सफ़र तय किया। कुछ प्रस्तुतियों ने मन की शक्ति का भी संदेश दिया। सभी श्रोतागणों में भक्तिमय माहौल से एक नई ऊर्जा और नई उमंग का संचार हुआ और कोई भी अपनी तालियों की ताल को रोक नहीं सका। संध्या का समापन समूह हुनमान चालीसा पाठ के साथ हुआ जिसके पश्चात सभी ने भोजन प्रसादी ग्रहण की।

Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec Gandhi Nagar and Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad Campus conducted the third iteration SISTec HeadStart 3.0 —The Industry-Academia Forum. This year the event witnessed the presence of all CXOs, who are the trendsetters in the industry with their practices. The platform became much more engaging when the industry stalwarts shared their experiences, thoughts and insights with the students of SISTec.The event went on with the two rounds of panel discussion with the Industry Stalwarts on getting prepared for India 2030 with Trending Technologies. All CTO/CEOs and Senior people from Corporate took us on a level-up an extreme level thought process which enable to set the 2030 vision on sustainability, technology, IQ & EQ and business minds and leadership approach ensures some brain feed to our budding Engineers.

With this quote, Student Activity Council - SAC at Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec organized its most vibrant and culturally enriching event "Sagar Jalsa 2023". This celebration of the Navratri brought together students, faculty, and staff for an evening of music, dance, and festivity. The campus was transformed into a colorful and lively arena, with beautifully decorated and well-lit garba. Practice sessions were organized throughout the week for students in batches by the Art & Cultural Committee of SAC. The spectacular display of colorful attires, unparalleled energy and mystifying garba raas was unsurpassable. One of the highlights of the Garba Mahotsav was the garba dance competition. Participants put on a fantastic show, with dazzling costumes and impressive dance performance. The event concluded with the award ceremony for the special titles based on attire and performance by (Principal - SISTec) Dr. Dinesh Kumar Rajoriya. We eagerly look forward to future celebrations of this kind at SISTec, where cultural diversity and unity continue to be celebrated in all their glory.

Freshers Party is a time for students to create a foundation of everlasting bonds and future accomplishments....

Keeping up with this thought, Sagar Group of Institutions-SIPTec organized Fresher's Party "En Rejse 2023" for the budding pharmacists. Our freshers looked fantastic in their fabulous outfits, and our senior students brought their best wishes and efforts to make them feel right at home. The dance floor was on fire, and the DJ kept us grooving all day. (Principal - SIPTec) Dr. Kuldeep Ganju motivated and welcomed students for their four years of journey at SIPTec. The freshers party was full of dancing, singing, and ramp walk where the students of first year showcased their talent. In the end, the most awaited titles of Mr. & Miss. Eve and Mr. & Miss. Fresher were announced and crowned, making this event most memorable and unforgettable time for the students.

SISTec always strives to create leaders of tomorrow and there is a special ceremony that turns it into reality. The investiture ceremony is not just the bestowing of titles and responsibilities; it is the celebration of potential, the recognition of capability, and the commitment to a journey of growth and excellence through its Student Activity Council - SAC.Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec organized the investiture ceremony for the newly appointed SAC for the session 2023-24, when the auditorium was filled with excitement and emanated an air of anticipation. Dignitaries, teachers, and students eagerly awaited the commencement of the event, their eyes gleaming with pride and hope. The ceremony began with our future leaders powerfully marching forward with their faculty mentors and as the newly appointed leaders donned their badges of honor, the promise of a brighter future illuminated the hall.The whole auditorium echoed as the leaders took the oath, the recipients stood tall beaming with pride and goosebumps could be felt by all.SAC President Mr. Harsh Kushwaha in his address recounted his role as a representative of all the students and assured to be committed to his responsibilities with utmost dedication, as he rightly quoted “With great power comes great responsibility”. We hope that SAC for the year 2023-24 will be a remarkable one and will prove itself to its fullest potential.

Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec organized a Life Skills Session on "Transition from College to Career" for the 1st Year students of batch 2023-2027. The expert speaker for the session was (Senior Counsellor - SPS) Dr. Indu Singh.While speaking about the career opportunities, Dr. Indu gave several practical examples of people, advice, and real-world experiences that provided us with a roadmap for success. All in all her session on transitioning from college to career was truly eye-opening for the students towards choosing the right path for a bright career.

Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec and Sagar Group of Institutions-SIPTec organized the orientation programme - SHUBHAGAM 2023 for the newly admitted students of B.Tech. and B.Pharm batch 2023-2027. It was a special day to commemorate the beginning of a new phase of students’ life. The programme was graced by the auspicious presence of (Director- Sagar Group of Institutions) Dr. Jyoti Dekhmukh, (Principal- SISTec), Dr. Dinesh Kumar Rajoriya, (Principal - SIPTec) Dr. Kuldeep Ganju and (Vice - Principal SISTec) Dr. Swati Saxena. The auditorium was full to its capacity with new faces, ambitious eyes and aspiring minds.

The programme began with a spellbinding welcome dance by students of SISTec. (Principal - SISTec) Dr. Dinesh Kumar Rajoriya in his address reflected on the achievements of SISTec students and how students are moving ahead not only in academics but in other areas also. (Principal - SIPTec) Dr. Kuldeep Ganju in his address, gave an insight into the Sagar Group and its ventures. He asserted that miracles are like dreams that come at night and vanish by morning and hence the zenith of Sagar Group is surely not a miracle. (Director - Sagar Group of Institutions) Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh assured the students and parents that they have entered the most established ecosystem. (Vice Principal - SISTec) Dr. Swati Saxena in her address recounted the importance of adding value to oneself and how college will contribute to the growth and development of the admitted students.The effervescence of myriad musical and dance performances and the welcome speech by (SAC President) Mr. Harsh Kushwaha had cast its spell and left an indelible impression on the audience. The programme came to a wholesome end with truly happy faces by choosing Sagar Group as the one-stop destination for their child’s future.

Carrying on this tradition, Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec and SISTec Ratibad conducted a Staff Induction Program to welcome the new 'Sagarites' from both campuses and generate in them a feeling of belongingness for the organization. Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec played host to this event named "SISTec SWAGAT".The event started off with the ceremonial lamp lighting followed by a presentation on Sagar Group by Ms. Neha Nanwani (Asst. Manager HR, SISTec) and Ms. Rashi Paliwal (Asst. Manager HR, SISTec Ratibad). The event was graced by the honorable Director of the Sagar Group of Institutions Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh, Dr. Dinesh Kumar Rajoriya (Principal SISTec Gandhi Nagar), Dr. Manish Billore (Principal SISTec Ratibad), Dr. Kuldeep Ganju (Principal SIPTec), and Dr. Swati Saxena (Vice-Principal SISTec Gandhi Nagar).

In a series of sessions, the dignitaries gave inspiring words about the group culture, workings of SISTec colleges, duties & responsibilities; acclimatizing the faculty to the new environment, and getting them acquainted with the Group. Following a short self-introduction by the new joinees, the HRs of both campuses: Ms. Neha Nanwani and Ms. Rashi Paliwal covered HR Policies. Along with this, a team-building activity was organized for the new joinees to get to know their colleagues in a different way.

Celebrating the freedom and unity of India has always been a culture of Sagar Group, keeping up with the tradition Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec celebrated the 77th Independence Day at its campus. It was no less a fortune to witness and live this festival of independence that symbolizes the power of liberty, freedom, and democracy. The campus was adorned with tricolor, echoing the rich history and diverse culture of our beloved India. From heartwarming speeches that reminded us of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters to secure our freedom, to lively cultural performances that left us mesmerized. The celebration concluded by remembering that our freedom comes with responsibility - the responsibility to contribute positively to our society and to uphold the values that make India truly great.

The students organized an Intra College Badminton League. The badminton league included participants from both campuses of SISTec, who participated with full enthusiasm. The event included badminton in different categories, whose winners were felicitated in the morning assembly with medals and trophies.

In order to reunite, unwind, and start the day with full masti, fun, and enjoyment with colleagues, Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec, Gandhi Nagar & Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad campuses planned a leisure excursion trip for all staff members to "Udayagiri caves" on January 26, 2023.

The picnic was organized as a means for the group to unwind and enjoy themselves while escaping the daily grind of work. To bring back fond memories of childhood, Ms. Neha Nanwani and Ms. Rashi Paliwal planned different games and activities. Their happy grins said all about their experiences at this trip.
