Faculty Development Program Motivating the MotivatorsHome / Events / Faculty Development Program Motivating the Motivators Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec Conducted a one day Faculty Development Program- Motivating the Motivators for all faculty members. A SISTec Gandhi Nagar initiative which was coined by SISTec Principal Dr. Keshavendra Choudhary and Vice Principal Ma'am Dr. Swati Saxena and coordinated by HR team. The Program started with ceremonial lamp lighting followed by welcoming words from Principal Sir. Our speakers for the day were Dr. Jaishree Kanwar Ma'am, Dr. Ritu Nanda Ma'am and Dr Kuldeep Ganju sir. First session was delivered by Respected Jaishree Ma'am on the topic Motivation at work place. By push and pull strategy she explained and motivated us all and gave the importance of leadership by giving examples of leadership from sagar group itself and shared their philosophies which motivates them to work.The second session was delivered by Ritu Nanda Ma'am on the topic Pressure to pleasure in which she emphasises on stress management. She also mentioned how to convert distress to Eustress and benefits of awarness, balance and control strategy in our daily life.Post lunch session was taken by Kuldeep sir. He explained the essence of teaching techniques and to be a forecaster for the profession. He emphasised on being honest as teacher and also explained some economical terms in relation to teaching. The Program ended with an activity session where the games were played by the faculties. The program was taken with great enthusiasm and active participation by all faculty members leading to best learning outcome.
